Koi detailed guidance nahi di gayi, bas general suggestions mile jo mere issues solve nahi kar payi. Software ke automatic updates ko samajhne mein bhi confusion raha, koi clear explanation nahi mili ki updates impact karega ya nahi mere database ya dialer par. Mujhe zyada time lagana pada khud problem diagnose karne mein. Poora experience frustrating tha kyunki mujhe jaise hi problem aayi, support ki taraf se madad milni chahiye thi. Mera kehna hai, support system weak hai aur yeh simple verdict hai.
