Main WFHI ki telephonic support se thoda frustrated ho gayi hoon kyunki unka timing mere working hours ke according nahi tha. Jab main kisi urgent query ke saath call karti thi, toh aksar support line band milti thi ya busy hoti thi. Yeh baat mujhe kaafi pareshan karti thi kyunki main expect karti thi ki remote workflow software ke saath saath support bhi readily available ho. Shayad kyonki mera kaam flexible hours mein hota hai, unka fixed support timing mere liye sahi nahi tha. Kabhi-kabhi toh mujhe lagta tha ki unki team ko pata hona chahiye ki customers ka kaam din bhar chal sakta hai, par unka response time us hisaab se adjust nahi hai. Main baar baar unko call karti thi aur wait karti thi, par zyada tar samay mujhe immediate help nahi mili. Yeh experience thoda disappointing tha, especially jab main soch rahi thi ki software ke alawa support bhi assist karega.
