Generally support thi jo mujhe help deti thi, lekin office hours ke bahar milna mushkil hota hai. Mere working hours kabhi kabhi extend ho jaate hain, toh us wakt support na milna thoda inconvenient lagta hai. Dialer aur database feature acche se kaam karte hain, to technical side mein koi dikkat nahi hoti. Training sessions bhi mujhe kaafi samajh mein aaye, par kabhi kabar jab doubts hote hain toh real-time support kaam aata. Sign-up and payment jaisi cheezein easily manageable hai, par agar support timing flexible hoti toh kaafi madad milti. Mujhe lagta hai agar unka support system apne hours ko thoda broaden kare toh users ke liye better hoga, especially un logon ke liye jo different shifts mein kaam karte hain. Overall system theek tha but yeh missing aspect thoda noticeable tha during actual use.
