Support ka timing accha tha but response slow tha
Support ke saath mera experience mixed raha. Aise moments mein patience rakhna padta tha, warna frustration badhti thi. Training session ke dauraan support system thoda improve lag raha tha, lekin overall jo telephonic assistance kaafi quick hota is waqt me, wo mujhe pura nahi mila. Lekin main appreciate karti hoon ki unhone mere working hours ka dhyaan rakha aur support ka timing kaafi accha set kiya tha, jo har customer ke liye equally important hai. Shayad thoda aur fast aur proactive communication hone chahiye. Saara mila ke support team ki timing achhi thi, lekin unke response time mein sudhaar chahiye.
