Jab bhi mujhe WFHI ke software me koi issue aaya, maine unke telephonic support ko contact kiya. Pehle to response time thik-thak tha aur communication bhi decent tha. Mujhe lag raha tha ki mera problem jaldi solve ho jayega. Lekin kuch cases me, mujhe laga ki support wale thoda generic answers de rahe hain jisse mujhe apni samasya ke liye specific solutions nahi mile. Kuch baar to mujhe same issue repeat karne pada tak support team ko full picture samajh aaye. Ye frustration wali baat thi par samajh sakti hoon ki kabhi aisa hota hai. Phir bhi, jo bhi practical help di gayi, wo kaafi thi mere liye problem ko workaround karne ke liye. Overall experience thoda mix tha, matlab support helpful bhi tha aur thoda frustrating bhi. Is tarah se mujhe laga ki support system me improvement ki jagah hai, lekin basic level par ye mera kaam chala raha tha aur mujhe zyada der tak rukna nahi pada.
