Signup and invoicing process thoda confusing tha initially, especially with payment confirmation steps. Onboarding flow me kuch cheezein self-explained thi, kuch nahi. Overall, samajhta hun ki thoda aur clear communication support team se milta toh better hota, lekin jis taraf main dikkat face kar raha tha usme mujhe khud se try karna pada. System automatic updates ke saath achha kaam karta raha, jo positive raha. Ye mix experience hai, jisme mujhe support toh mila par pura smooth journey nahi thi.
