Jab dialer me problem aayi to maine telephonic support ko contact kiya, lekin unke response me jo wait tha wo thoda frustrating tha. Pehle call me unhe samajhne me time laga aur phir bhi mera masla solve nahi hua. Dusri baar bhi same confusion raha communication me, jisse mujhe lagne laga ki unke paas solution nahi hai. Main expect kar raha tha ki wo mere liye jaldi se solution nikalenge, par ye process bahut slow tha aur koi proper guidance nahi mili. Overall, support ne waisa sa experience nahi diya jo main soch raha tha jab sign-up kiya tha. Mujhe laga ki mujhe zyada active aur quick response milega, par waisa kuch nahi hua.
