support ka kaam acha tha but effort bhi thoda zyada laga
Mehsoos hua ki support pe main jaisa expect kar raha tha, waisa experience nahi mila. Shuru me toh sab theek laga, jab signup aur initial queries thi, tab promptly response mila tha, calls bhi time pe answer ho rahi thi. Par jaise jaise waqt guzra, daily basis pe kaam karne me support thoda inconsistent laga. Kabhi queries ke jawab sahi milte they, toh kabhi troubleshoot karne ke liye baar baar contact karna padta tha. Expected tha ki thoda zyada seamless experience mile under support matlab daily basis pe jitna help chaiye, mil jayegi woh bina jyada follow up ke. Par yahaan mujhe khud ka thoda effort lagana pada samjhne or solutions dhundhne me. Overall, product accha tha, par support me thodi aur patience aur follow-up ki zarurat thi mere daily workflow ke liye.
