Support ka explanation clear nahi tha
Main ek dum blunt hoon, mujhe laga support ka explanation bilkul clear nahi tha. Jab bhi phone pe baat ki, mujhe aisa feel hua ki main apni baat theek se samjha nahi pa rahi thi aur unhone bhi bahut miss kar diya simple points. Training ya software feature samjhane mein jyada mehnat nahi ki, bas jaldi mein kaam nipta diya jaisa lagta tha. Aur jab unko poori problem detailed batayi, toh bhi koi useful solution nahi mila. Mujhe lagta hai unko apni communication thodi strong karni chahiye, warna users frustrate ho jate hain. Dialer aur database features theek hain, par jab support itna weak ho toh pura experience thoda disappointing ho jata hai. Payment aur invoicing ke process mein koi khas problem nahi thi, lekin woh bhi kabhi kabhi unclear lagta hai jab invoices ke details nahi milte acche se. I’d say support ka ekdum sadharan level hona sabse badi kami thi.
