Support staff ne apne best kiya, but mujhe pura confidence nahi mila ki woh har problem ko jaldi solve kar payenge. On the other hand, jab main khud se software aur training material ka use karta tha, toh things clear ho jati thi zyada. Communication mein thodi gap thi jab complex queries thi, par basics samajhne aur chhoti issues ke liye support fair tha. Overall, main thoda pleased tha, lekin thoda aur improving needed tha takki user ko better feel ho.
