Support just didn’t handle errors well enough
Honestly, if I were to tell a friend about the support experience when something went wrong, I’d have to say it was disappointing. As soon as I hit an issue with the calling tools not syncing properly after automatic updates, I expected a clear path to resolution but instead got a vague back-and-forth that dragged on. The telephonic support was polite but didn’t seem fully prepared or empowered to fix the root of the problem quickly. I ended up repeating the same explanations multiple times and felt like I was passed around without real help. Sign-up and invoicing were smooth enough, but when the software itself caused trouble, the support communication wasn’t reassuring. This lack of efficient problem handling really killed my confidence in relying on the system without constant supervision, and I would caution others to expect delays if something breaks.
