Support is quite accessible during my hours
I was pleasantly surprised by how well the support team fit within my working hours. Their availability was a major plus for me, and they communicated effectively when I needed assistance. However, there were instances where I had to wait longer for some responses, which could be improved. Still, I’d say their overall approach made it easier for me to get help when required.
