Support is OK but missed a feature or two
I have used a few remote workflow platforms before, so my expectations were set moderately high for WFHI. Their telephonic support was quite reachable, which I appreciated since in previous services getting to human help sometimes took forever. That said, I found their communication a bit inconsistent—sometimes the support reps struggled to clarify certain software issues compared to my past experiences. Another thing I noticed was during onboarding; the flow was smooth, but I missed some proactive updates about progress that other platforms had. On the positive side, the automatic updates in the software ran quietly in the background, causing no interruptions, which was nice. The calling tools and dialer worked fine most days, with just occasional delays that could be distracting. Overall, WFHI struck a balance where some aspects were better than others, but I felt certain features could be more polished to compare better with what I had used earlier.
