Support is not for everyone
I found the support service lacking overall. Although the response I received was quick, the information provided was often vague and didn’t really address my concerns deeply. I struggled to get clear answers on a couple of issues, which was frustrating. The software itself is decent, but the inconsistent support makes the whole experience less satisfying. I would hesitate to rely on this service again if I needed help in the future.
