Support is better than I expected but sometimes slow
Compared to other platforms I have used, the telephonic support here is more responsive and helpful. Usually, when I faced issues around database sync or dialer usage, the support team explained next steps clearly which was an improvement over previous experiences where I had to guess solutions. However, sometimes the callback time was longer than anticipated, which caused slight delays on my side. The priority assistance did speed things up compared to normal calls, but overall the communication was good though not perfect. I expected quicker resolutions based on past experiences elsewhere but the quality of answers was definitely superior this time.
