Support interactions left me somewhat surprised
Reflecting back on my experience with WFHI support, I found it a mixed bag. Initially, I expected more thorough, quicker responses when I reached out for help regarding the dialer issues I faced during onboarding. Surprisingly, some of the support agents seemed scripted, leading me to feel they were just following protocol rather than really understanding my problem. However, a few times, I did get assistance that addressed the technical hiccups, which bolstered my confidence slightly. The telephonic support did manage to clear up some confusion about the database features, making me feel a bit more comfortable with the workflow. Even with this, by the end of it all, I was still hesitant to say I was fully confident in using the platform independently. The training materials and automatic updates were helpful, but not enough to completely offset the occasional communication gaps. In hindsight, the overall experience was less seamless than I hoped, leaving me somewhat uncertain whether I'd want to continue relying heavily on WFHI for remote workflow management. The surprises encountered made me rethink how robust the support system really was under stress, which was an important takeaway.
