Support hui achhi but expectations clear nahi mile the pehle se
Main soch rahi thi ki support waise hi milega jaise bataya gaya tha, matlab fast aur bilkul clear answers ke saath. Par jab help lene ke liye call kiya, toh response time thoda slow tha aur jo explanations diye gaye woh kahin na kahin complicated lage. Pehle to mujhe laga tha ki call karte hi turant solution milega, par asli main thoda wait karna pada aur baat samajhne mein bhi time laga. Training ke baad support se expectations high thi, par feedback aur help utni quick nahi thi jitni sochi thi main. Par ek achhi baat ye rahi ki support team polite thi aur try kar rahi thi basic queries ko samjhane ki. Overall, jo expectations thi wo match nahi hui, par fir bhi main support ko bekaar nahi keh sakti.
