Support hours worked for me but sometimes felt restricted
Overall, I’d say the telephonic support matched the hours I usually work, which is great because it meant I could reach out during my shifts. That said, there were a few instances when I tried calling just before or after their official support hours, and I couldn’t get help immediately. The software itself kept updating automatically, and that was a relief because I didn’t have to worry about manual installs. The onboarding and training sessions happened mostly during office hours, which worked well except for one or two times when I was caught up with other tasks. On the positive side, the response times were pretty reasonable when support was available. So, if you work fairly regular hours, I think their communication setup fits pretty well, but if you have a more unusual schedule, you might need to plan your questions accordingly. Just my experience as someone balancing flexible remote work hours with real-world limitations.
