Support hours rarely matched my working schedule, which was limiting
The main outcome of my experience was that the telephonic support hours didn’t align well with when I actually work. Since I often start very early or continue late into the evening, finding support available exactly at those times was tricky and usually required adjusting my schedule. Even when I got through, the wait times could stretch a bit, which disrupted my workflow. On the plus side, when I did get support, the team was knowledgeable and patient, managing to help me with the dialer setup and database queries. The invoicing and payment process was smooth and clear, so I didn’t face issues there. The software itself fulfilled most of my needs well, but this gap in support availability was a downside that affected how easily I could resolve problems during real work hours. With better alignment of support times, I think my overall experience would have been more consistent and less frustrating, but as it stands, I had to be flexible around their schedule rather than the other way around.
