support hours might not suit everyone, here’s why
I’ve used the support a few times now but the catch is their available hours don’t line up perfectly with mine. I work in the evenings sometimes and that means if something comes up outside the prescribed times I’m stuck waiting till the next day. On the plus side, when I’ve managed to catch them during their working hours the help was decent and the telephonic assistants understood my issues easily. But if someone’s working late nights or weekends a lot this setup probably won’t suit their schedule. In contrast the automatic updates on the software happen smoothly without needing any input from me so that’s a big plus point that fits all work rhythms. Sign-up and payment process were smooth with clear invoicing so no complaints there. Overall I think for people with regular daytime hours the support will be fine, but others might find it limiting.
