Support hours ka flexibility ne mujhe surprise kiya
Aap logon ne support team ka timing is tarah set kiya hai ki yeh mere working hours ke bahar bhi accessible hai, jo main imagine nahi kar rahi thi. Usually, Kabhi kabhi support se baat karna mushkil ho jata hai jab timing strict ho, but aapke hour flexible hain, toh jab mujhe help chahiye thi, toh support available tha. Iski vajah se mera kaam properly flow karta raha bina kisi interruption ke. Training ke dauran bhi, support timing meri schedule ke hisaab se match karti thi, jo valuable lagta hai. Yeh surprising tha ki main apne din ke uss hisse mein bhi assistance le sakti hoon jo mera busiest period hai. Agar aap is flexibility ko maintain karte rahenge, toh main aur use karti rahungi products.
