Support hours helped but occasionally missed my actual work times
Reflecting on my experience several weeks after onboarding, the telephonic support hours initially seemed to align well with my working schedule. When I needed help setting up the dialer and understanding the database feature, I could usually reach someone for assistance during my typical day hours. That was a definite positive, as it made problem-solving less stressful. However, I soon noticed that some of my actual working times, especially early mornings or late evenings when I preferred to troubleshoot independently, did not match the support availability. On those occasions, I had to wait until support opened, which was frustrating. Also, the onboarding and training materials were comprehensive but sometimes required scheduling live help outside of my availability. These mismatches meant some delays in resolving issues. Still, when I did get through to support during their active hours, the help was knowledgeable and systematic, which I appreciated. Balancing support availability better with different user schedules might improve satisfaction overall. All in all, the support system met many needs, yet it could better reflect how people actually work remotely to avoid timing challenges like I encountered.
