Support hotline was very clear; navigation less so
In my experience with the WFHI support and communication, one standout feature was the clarity and professionalism of their telephonic assistance. Whenever I reached out for help navigating invoicing or adjusting billing settings, the support team was articulate and patient, which made those calls productive and reassuring. However, while individual interactions went well, I found the software’s inbuilt navigation or help documentation somewhat lacking in ease of use. Locating specific tutorials or quick tips on using the dialer or database features often took more time than expected. This made some aspects of self-guided training difficult, especially when I wanted timely answers after hours. The onboarding flow did compensate for some of these challenges, but ideally, the internal references within the software could be streamlined. The automatic updates were mostly seamless, but occasional introduction of new labels without sufficient explanation added to navigational confusion. Despite these minor setbacks, I appreciated the responsiveness and promptness of priority assistance whenever I called. Overall, the communication experience was positive thanks to the friendly and clear human support, yet the software’s own navigational aids could be improved to reduce reliance on telephone support.
