I’ve used the telephonic support a few times, and it was generally quite helpful when I needed assistance. However, the hours available sometimes didn’t line up well with my actual working schedule, so getting through took longer than I would have preferred. The responses were clear and patient, which I appreciated, but having to wait until the support team was available meant I had to adjust my workflow a bit. The training materials, on the other hand, were accessible at any time, which helped me bridge those moments when I couldn’t reach support. I think with a bit more overlap of support hours with common working times, things could feel much smoother. Still, overall, the level of communication met my expectations reasonably well.
