Support helped a bit but explanations left much to be desired
I found the support and communication with WFHI to be deeply frustrating. While there was a willingness to assist, the clarity of explanations was poor. The responses often felt incomplete and I struggled to understand how to implement the features they described. For example, when I called regarding the dialer tool setup, the instructions were vague and inconsistent, leaving me more confused. On the positive side, the telephone support was prompt to answer, which I appreciated. However, because explanations were not clear, I ended up spending more time trying to figure things out on my own. Overall, while some effort was made to help, the lack of clear and thorough guidance diminished the experience significantly and made me question whether I could rely on the support moving forward.
