Support help was useful but not flawless
My experience with telephonic support was a mix of reliable help and a few minor delays. When I first signed up and tried to use the calling tools, I ran into some issues setting up my database, and support was able to guide me through most steps clearly. I expected swift resolution but there were a couple of pauses where I was kept waiting longer than expected on the phone, which was a bit frustrating. Despite that, the advice given was useful and the representative followed up with some helpful email instructions. I probably will need to call again if I decide to upgrade or use new features because some aspects still feel a little confusing for first-time users like me. On balance, the communication met my expectations reasonably well, but there’s room to improve the response speed for a smoother experience.
