Support handled the problems with patience and care, but it took effort
When things went wrong during my initial weeks with the software, I found the support team quite warm and attentive. They listened carefully and tried to understand my specific issues rather than giving scripted replies. Their telephonic assistance was polite and patient, which was comforting. However, resolving the issues did require a fair amount of back and forth communication and a few follow-up calls on my part. I wouldn’t say it was entirely effortless. The automatic updates sometimes introduced small glitches that added to the confusion, so I ended up using support more than expected. Overall, while the support team’s attitude was positive and genuinely helpful, it took some dedicated effort on my side before things worked smoothly again. I appreciate their willingness to support, even if getting there wasn’t fully seamless.
