support handled the delays well, but updates lagged

So, I hit some bumps with the software that slowed me down a bit, and honestly, the support was pretty responsive when I called. They helped me figure out the database syncing issues, which was great because that was messing with my calling schedule. On the other hand, automatic updates didn’t always go smooth, and sometimes the dialer lost calls without warning. I wasn’t expecting perfect, but it was frustrating to deal with. Signing up and payment stuff did feel straightforward though, so at least that part didn’t add to my headaches. I would say it’s a mixed experience overall — definitely some useful stuff but also the kind of glitches that make you wonder if you’ll be troubleshooting every day. Still, the priority assistance on calls was a relief when things went sideways, and the training helped me get going quicker than I thought I would. Overall, a solid 3 stars for balancing the good and the not-so-good.
