Support had some order but also some confusion
I found the support to be a mixed experience because the steps they suggested mostly made sense but sometimes seemed out of order. At first, they guided me through the basic troubleshooting steps before jumping to complicated solutions, which I appreciated since it followed a logical path. However, there were moments where I was asked to check something that might have been better addressed later in the process. It felt like they were trying to cover all possibilities but without a clear framework, so it was a bit hard to follow. On the plus side, communication was clear, and the support team was patient enough to explain but sometimes I left conversations wondering if we could have started differently for quicker resolution. Still, I think they have a foundation that just needs tightening in how support steps are organized so the overall experience becomes smoother and more effective.
