Support had patience but also required much waiting
I had certain expectations when I reached out to support, largely imagining prompt communication with little repetition. In reality, the experience was more mixed. While the team was certainly patient and willing to hear me out, it often felt like I was repeating the same information or questions to different agents multiple times before resolution was found. In my previous experiences with other software, support would have maintained continuity or recalled the case after the first call, but here I had to re-explain from scratch more than once. The waiting time on the phone wasn't consistently short either; some calls involved long holds or transfers. I was also hoping for clearer troubleshooting instructions during these talks, but sometimes the answers were generic or not fully aligned with my scenario. On the positive side, the help desk was courteous and professional, and when an issue was finally addressed, the solution tended to stick. Comparing this with what I expected—a more streamlined and effective communication flow—the current support setup felt rather inefficient. Still, it wasn't a complete loss, just an area that definitely could improve, especially by reducing repetition and wait times when dealing with queries.
