Support had one clear point but explanations were murky overall

The support team was able to clearly explain the main feature of the dialer, which was helpful. However, beyond that, the explanations about other aspects were rather confusing and not straightforward. Communication felt incomplete and left me frequently guessing what to do next. It made deeper understanding difficult. While that one clear explanation was good, it was overshadowed by unclear and rushed responses on other important topics. I was left uncertain when trying to use some functions because the guidance lacked detail or clarity. So, while there was one positive about support communication, the overall experience did not meet my expectations for explaining WFHI's software and services clearly.
