Support had its ups and downs

I expected support to resolve questions more quickly than it actually did, especially considering how much I had to repeat my situation with different agents. The slow responses were frustrating compared to other services I've tried where the help was more immediate. On the positive side, the staff was generally polite and did address the issues eventually, which I appreciate. However, the waiting times and the need to reiterate the problem multiple times made the experience less smooth than I hoped. I expected a quicker, more streamlined communication flow, but in reality, it sometimes felt drawn-out before I received clear guidance or solutions.
