Support had its positives but not without issues
While I appreciate that the support team did attempt to respond to my inquiries with some punctuality, I found the overall communication lacking clarity. Every time I reached out, I encountered vague replies that did not address the specifics of my problems. Despite their efforts, I felt that my questions were not fully understood or resolved. The available support options seemed limited in terms of detailed guidance. On the plus side, the telephonic assistance was reachable within reasonable timeframes, so it was not a matter of availability. Unfortunately, the inconsistent quality of responses leaves me unsure if I will rely on support again in the future. It was a mix of helpful intentions clouded by inadequate problem-solving effectiveness.
