Support had its moments, but overall was disappointing
Initially, I thought the telephonic support could help when my dialing tool stopped working properly after an update. I contacted them and found the agent fairly polite and trying to assist, which I appreciated. However, the responses were slow and not very helpful—sometimes I had to repeat the issues clearly multiple times. They eventually scheduled remote troubleshooting, but it was patchy and did not fully solve the problem. Meanwhile, the automatic updates kept installing, often disrupting my workflow because the software behaved unexpectedly afterward. The database feature was fine, allowing me to keep my contact lists accessible, but it did not outweigh how much time was lost dealing with support. Onboarding felt clunky since the tutorial videos glossed over some key details of using the dialer efficiently under live conditions. Also, invoicing was somewhat confusing at first, as I didn’t know when payments were due, though the digital invoices themselves were clear enough. The overall experience was a mix of decent technology but poor communication and follow-up from support, which was frustrating when urgent issues arose. It felt like the support system wasn’t fully prepared for real troubleshooting.
