Support had its moments but bohot waiting bhi tha
Mujhe support se baat karni padi thi ek technical issue ke liye, aur sabse achha part tha ki jab finally baat hua toh unhone dheere se samjhaya aur helpful tha. Lekin yeh moment nahi hota agar pehle main bar bar call wait na karti. Har baar repeat karna padta ki problem kya hai, matlab har baar sab kuch bataana pada, jo frustrating tha. Baaki kuch support calls mein pata nahi kyu mujhe long time tak wait karna padta tha bina kisi update ke. Toh achha tha jab mila help par us process mein bohot zyada wait bhi rahi jiske wajah se pura experience thoda stressful tha.
