Support fits my working hours, but not without flaws
Reflecting back on my experience with WFHI’s support and communication, I found that their availability largely matched my working hours, which was really helpful. Since I work in bursts at different times, it was important that I could reach out when I needed to, and they were usually there on the phone or via chat. However, sometimes their responsiveness dipped during those off-peak hours or near weekends, which meant I had to wait longer for certain clarifications. The telephonic support usually helas with the software’s calling tools and database queries, which are vital for my workflows. They also guided me through the automatic updates well, minimizing disruption. On the downside, there were moments when the responses felt a little scripted rather than tailored, leaving some of my more nuanced issues partially addressed. Overall, the good definitely outweighed the bad because they were mostly in sync with my hours and attentive, but there’s room for improving personalized communication. This balanced fit made a positive difference to how I manage my remote work setup till now.
