Support felt thorough, but a bit too repetitive
My experience with support was generally positive because the assistance was thorough and polite. However, I did notice that sometimes I had to repeat the same information multiple times when contacting telephonic support, which extended the resolution time more than I expected. Despite this, whenever I reached out, the person on the other end made sure to clarify each step carefully which made me feel taken care of. Waiting times could vary, but they never stretched excessively long. The onboarding training and database features worked well with overall clear explanations. While the payment and invoicing processes were smooth, the one drawback was that sometimes issues took longer to troubleshoot because of this repetition. Still, the overall feel was of a service willing to spend time ensuring I understood everything before moving on, which I appreciated in the long run.
