support felt distant, had to figure out most myself
I found that the support and communication around getting started left me to do a fair amount of figuring out on my own. The telephonic support was available, but waiting times were long and often responses were delayed, which made the initial days a bit frustrating. Automatic updates happened quietly, which is good, but when something didn’t work as expected, there was no immediate help. The software’s onboarding flow explained the basics, however, many specific questions about the dialer and database features required trial and error. I appreciate that the payment and invoicing processes were clear once I got through the setup, but the overall communication during early phases seemed light. I think if there had been more proactive check-ins or quicker live assistance, it would have eased the transition considerably. As it was, I spent considerable time troubleshooting solo and hoping the next update would fix bugs. The one positive was that the software itself was generally stable, but without more accessible support, it was sometimes challenging.
