Support felt different but missing instant clarity
Switching to this support system compared to my previous experience was quite noticeable. Earlier, my support was more direct and immediate, often through chat options whereas here, the telephonic assistance came with a bit of waiting time. The tone was friendly and the agents were patient, which made the process less stressful. However, there were moments when I wished the responses were quicker or the issue resolution more straightforward. It took a little while for the support approach to click with me because it involved more detailed explanations rather than quick fixes. Despite that, I appreciated the thoroughness even if it slowed some steps down.
