Support fell short during my actual work hours
The telephonic support WAS something I hoped would be very helpful during my working hours, but unfortunately, the timing didn’t fit well with my schedule at all. I work primarily in the evenings, but the support team seems to be available mostly during the daytime. This mismatch meant that when I faced software issues or needed clarification on the dialer or database features, I had to wait many hours before I could get assistance, which broke my workflow repeatedly. The automatic updates sometimes triggered unexpected changes, and because access to help was limited at my active hours, resolving those issues was frustrating. I tried contacting support multiple times by phone, and while the responses were polite and detailed whenever they came through, the delay was a real problem. I ended up spending extra effort managing the software on my own or scheduling work around support availability, which is not ideal for remote work setups. The invoicing process itself worked fine, but without timely communication, that was a small comfort. I hope WFHI can consider extending support hours or offer more flexible options for users with varying shifts, because right now it’s quite taxing to operate effectively.
