Support feels like a step up, but not for casual users
I’ve used other remote workflow platforms before, and I think the telephonic support here is a definite improvement in terms of promptness and clarity. When I called, the agents seemed knowledgeable and walked me through database functions and dialer setup better than I expected. But I’m slightly unsure if this is the right fit for everyone; for those who aren’t so familiar with the terminology or workflows involved, there might be a learning curve steep enough to cause frustration despite the support available. The training materials covered basics but sometimes assumed prior understanding, which might leave some users needing extra calls to clarify simple points. Payment and invoicing processes were smooth and transparent, which was reassuring compared to some experiences I’ve had before. So if you’re fairly tech-savvy or have some experience with remote tools, their support will probably suit you well. But if you’re starting from scratch, you might find yourself relying on phone help quite a bit and needing more detailed, patient training than currently provided, which could be a little inconvenient.
