Support feels inconsistent, not for everyone
I have mixed feelings about the day-to-day support here. Sometimes the team responds quickly and clearly, but other times, it feels like they take longer than expected or provide answers that are a bit vague. This inconsistency makes me wonder who would actually find this support setup suitable. For users who are very patient and maybe have some technical knowledge, it might work just fine. However, for those expecting quick resolutions or detailed handholding, it could be frustrating. Unlike the initial onboarding support which was fairly clear, the ongoing assistance seems a bit uneven, which complicates things when you run into random issues frequently during regular use. So, I would say this might not be the right fit for everyone.
