Support explanations were not clear at all
My experience with the support and communication was frustrating because nothing was explained clearly. Whenever I called for help, the answers were vague and didn’t solve my problems. It felt like the person I spoke with didn’t understand the issues or was reading from a script that didn’t fit my situation. The training materials also left a lot unexplained, so I had to guess how to use the software and calling tools properly. Automatic updates sometimes changed things without warning, which added to the confusion. I expected better clarity and more straightforward guidance from a paid service like this. The sign-up and payment process was not difficult, but it didn’t make up for the lack of clear support. I cannot recommend this if you want straightforward communication and helpful explanations.
