Support explanations were mostly straightforward, one thing stood out
Throughout my use of WFHI software, I appreciated that support generally explained things clearly when I reached out. The telephonic support usually gave me concise directions on how to use the dialer or manage the database feature, which helped in solving immediate concerns. However, I noticed that while most explanations were factual and to the point, there was one instance during onboarding where the steps were a bit vague. The lack of a detailed walkthrough for the training modules made me pause and search for answers on my own. Outside of that, invoicing details and the payment process were laid out plainly on the dashboard, and I didn’t find any major issues there. Automatic updates also seemed to happen seamlessly without confusing messages. The balance of support interaction allowed me to move forward mostly independently while knowing clarity was available if needed. At least one moment of unclear guidance stood out, but overall, the communication worked sufficiently for me to keep using the software.
