Support explanations were a real effort to get through
Getting clear answers from support wasn’t as easy as I expected. When I called, sometimes the explanations felt rushed or incomplete, so I had to ask several times for clarification. It took quite a bit of patience to understand how to use the calling tools properly during the week. I did appreciate that eventually, after persistent effort, I could get some guidance over the phone, but it wasn’t straightforward. The communication lacked simplicity and sometimes I ended calls more confused than before. Overall, the effort needed to understand the workflow and software use through support was more than I anticipated, making the learning curve steeper.
