Support explanations took some time to click
The telephonic support was helpful, though I’d say that understanding their explanations took me a bit longer than I initially anticipated. Sometimes the answers were detailed but felt a little technical, so I had to ask more questions to get clarity. The wait before speaking to support was usually okay, but during the call, it took some time for me to fully grasp what they were saying. However, patience helped because eventually, things made sense. The training materials were straightforward, but actual problem-solving over the phone was a different experience. I think the time it took was partly due to my own unfamiliarity with some aspects of the software, but the way support communicated could maybe be a bit more user-friendly. Even so, I appreciated their efforts and am improving each time I call.
