Support explanations took some effort to really understand
Reflecting back on the telephonic support I received, I can say it was a mixed bag in terms of clarity. When I first reached out, the explanations gave me some idea but weren’t always straightforward, which made the whole training feel a bit heavy to get through. I had to repeat calls and ask the same questions in different ways. On the plus side, staff were patient and tried to break things down further each time, so that was appreciated. Even weeks later, I sometimes wonder about some features and suspect a quicker, clearer run-through at the beginning might have saved time. Overall, the effort to comprehend the information was notable on my side and not just theirs, making it a somewhat lengthy process.
