Support explanations not clear at all
I contacted WFHI's support multiple times because I had trouble understanding some features. Each time I called, the responses were vague and lacked detail. They did not break down the explanations in a way that I could follow or implement. Even after repeated questions, I did not feel better informed about how to use the dialer or database properly. The instructions sometimes contradicted what I saw on screen, causing further confusion. There was no clear step-by-step guidance provided over the phone. Overall, the telephonic support left me frustrated and made me question whether I'd be able to use the software effectively. I expected clearer communication and more practical help but did not get it. The process of getting assistance was slow and unproductive. Because of this, I would not say support helped me in any meaningful way.
