Support explanations left me a bit unsure overall
When I reached out to telephonic support, I found the explanations a bit unclear and sometimes too technical for my understanding. The responses were not as straightforward as I hoped, which made the overall communication feel somewhat convoluted. I did appreciate that the support team was patient and tried to walk me through the issues, but often I was left with more questions than answers after the calls. The way updates were explained also lacked clarity; it took me a few attempts to understand how the automatic updates would impact my use of the dialer and database features. One thing I will say is that the support was consistently available during working hours, which was reasonably convenient. Still, the lack of clear, simple language made the whole support experience feel a bit frustrating and not as helpful as I would have liked.
