Support explanation was clear, but it took longer than expected

They were patient and attentive, which made it easier to follow along. However, the total time spent on the call was longer than I anticipated, which somewhat reduced efficiency. While the dialer and training tools were well covered during the discussion, waiting for responses occasionally disrupted the flow. Also, the invoicing and payment details were explained thoroughly, which I found helpful for managing my account. Despite the extended duration, the clarity of information prevented potential mistakes later on, so it was a fair trade-off. Still, I would have preferred a more concise interaction. The automatic updates seemed to work seamlessly in the background, freeing me from manual concerns. So overall, I feel the clarity came at the expense of some time, but it was valuable in building confidence with the tools.
